Keep It Local, Keep it Fresh, Keep It In The Hood

At Pattee Creek Market, they love their community, fresh produce, high quality meat and having the largest selection of wine and beer in the Missoula Valley. That's why they work so hard every day to bring their customers the brands they love at prices that are nothing short of spectactular. In fact, they've been helping customers save big and have quality food since 1946. Jimmy Edwards, the current owner purchased Pattee Creek Market in 1988 and followed in 2014 in Stevensville with the Burnt Fork market. Jimmy, a 3rd generation Montana born and bread resident saw the need to have a locally owned market that offers great prices, variety and supports the community.

Graduating from Stevensville Highschool, Jimmy spent his entire childhood in the Bitterroot. He attended the University of Montana and also attended the Supervalue University. Jim has proudly raised his kids here in Montana, ensuring they had Montana values throughout their upbringing. Pattee Creek Market is a family owned and ran business with both his children working and managing on a daily and full time basis.

In 2014 Jim opened Burnt For Market in Stevensville, building on the reputation of high quality, low prices and great selection. The Burnt Fork Market in 2020 won the Bitterroot Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year!

The rest, as they say, is history, today both stores continue to grow, develop and employ over 50 employees. Both locations proudly carry national brands and local items as well.

Pattee Creek Market and Burnt Fork Market wouldn't be anywhere without the hundreds of local families who continue to shop and support the locally owned grocery store. Their customer service is personalized to each of the locations they serve. It might seem unrealistic, but they guarantee the service and saving couldn't be more real.
